The Good :

Great week.  Not exactly a typical taper, but I was very proud of myself for not going too hard, and not resting too much.  I recovered from last weekend’s double runs quite well, prepped myself for this weekend’s double races, ie the Half Goofy, and I preformed extremely well in both races, so I have to be happy and proud of myself.  \

The Bad :

Probably should’ve skipped the Grind this week, but I really wanted to go.  I’m still dreaming of hitting 30 for the season, which is really un-realistic at this point, maybe I should change my goal to 25.

The Grade for this Week :

B+

Countdown to Goal Races :

0 weeks till the Surrey Marathon Half Marathon

6 weeks till Bellingham Trail Marathon
