I wanted to jump on the blogging bandwagon of doing a post with a picture for every month of 2012, but I found that some months I had no good pics, and others I had tons…

Baker Lake 50K – My first ultra.

My bestest friend, on her 7th Birthday.

That was fun!  As I’ve said before, 2012 was a fantastic year for me.  Most notably, I started my blog, ran a sub 4:00 marathon, ran my first 50km ultra, celebrated many happy moments of engagements, marriages, births, graduations, & personal achievements with friends & family.

I know for a lot of my friends, 2012 was not their best year, and was filled with hardships, illness, and loss.  I hope that 2013 will be better for all of those who suffered in 2012.

As for me, it feels great to take a moment to reflect on some of my fave moments in 2012, and remind myself of everything I have to be thankful for.

Cheers to a great year finishing, and a new year on the horizon! And to having a TON of fun along the way!  Bring it on 2013!
