I just wanted to check in, and let you know I’ve lost 5.6 lbs in the last 2 weeks, and I have 1.5 left to lose in the next 2 weeks. This means I’m at 79% of my goal.
Not a bad start. I basically knew that there was 4 “easier” lbs to lose, and that the rest would hopefully come off with being healthier the first week, and then starting my Whole 30 last week.
I’m sticking with the same plan for the next week, and then if I’m not past my goal weight, I’m going to also restrict all fruits and nuts for the last week of my DietBet.
