Whole 30 – What I’m Eating:

The most common question I get when talking about Whole30, is “What CAN you eat??”

Quite simply, I can eat lots!  Here’s a few pics, a quick peek into our meals!

Curried ground turkey w/cauliflower, carrots, broccoli.

A staple with almost every meal is a bowl of salad, usually with spinach, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, & avocado with homemade dressing – onions, dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, & balsamic vinegar.

Served with this salad was California Chicken – sun-dried tomato sauce, with steamed veggies.

BBQ chicken breast, with steamed broccoli & green beans.

Scrambled eggs – this concoction features baby peeled shrimp, onions, & peppers.

This was a step out of my comfort zone – grilled Mahi Mahi, with friend onions, leeks, and broccolini.

And last but definitely not least, a staple favorite – curried shrimp w/spinach & peppers.  Which is a paleo recipe I’ve blogged about before, that is 100% Whole30 compliant!  Check it out here.

So, does it look like I’m starving?  Or that our meals are boring?

I think not.  Whole30 can be fun, don’t be afraid to experiment!
